电导法测定西洋梨耐寒性及与其它方法的比较

Cold Resistance of Western Pear Determination by Conductance Method with Other Method Comparison

采用电导法测定低温处理后西洋梨一年生枝条的电解质渗出率,以鉴定西洋梨不同品系的耐寒性,并与水培扦插催芽及形态解剖观察等鉴定方法进行比较。结果表明,电导法是鉴定西洋梨耐寒性的一种既简易又准确的方法。

Using conductance method to determin annual shoot of western pear with consecutive low-ering temperature treatment compared with the method of water-cutting vernalization and observation of shape dissection.The results showed that conductance method was simple and accuracy for deter-mining the cold resistance of western pear.
