摘要
沉积型高岭土是中国特有的高岭土资源。超细粉碎后的高岭土粉体经偶联剂钛酸酯、脂肪酸表面改性可作为橡胶用功能性矿物填料。通过对改性产品接触角测量和红外光谱分析,探讨了颗粒粒度、表面性质、晶体结构对填充橡胶性能的影响。
The sedimentary kaolin is a unique kaolin source in China. After ultrafine crush and surface modified by titanate coupling agents and fatty acid esters, the kaolin powder can be the functional filler of rubber. Through measures such as surface contact angle method and infra-red spectrum, the effects of particle size, particle surface activity, particle shape, etc were studied.
