Experimental Research on Flotation Separation of Fly Ash

摘要 本文研究了从粉煤灰中除去未燃烬炭的浮选实验工艺,初步确定了采用烃类油系列作捕收剂,仲辛醇作起泡剂的一粗一精一扫的选别流程能够有好的效果。精选精矿烧失量达到73%以上,扫选尾矿灰份达97%以上,文中还对中炭处理方式作了初步探讨。
