植物生长调节剂对大豆幼苗光合利用特性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Plant Growth Regulator on Energy Utilization in Phototsynthesis of Soybean Seedlings

摘要 研究了植物生长调节剂(绿兴)对大豆苗期光合作用、呼吸作用和蒸腾作用过程中能量代谢的调节作用。结果表明:大豆苗期喷施植物生长调节剂(绿兴)可显著提高大豆叶片光合速率、呼吸速率,其中总光合速率比对照提高4.96 g/(m2·h)、净光合速率比对照提高1.60 g/(m2·h),呼吸速率也较对照提高4.22 g/(m2·h),蒸腾速率下降18.50 g/(m2·h)。喷施植物生长调节剂植株总吸收能量较对照多18.30 kJ/(m2·h),总光合作用过程中固定的能量较对照多63.14 kJ/(m2·h),蒸腾作用消耗能量降低了44.84 kJ/(m2·h),净光合作用固定的能量提高17.38 kJ/(m·h),但呼吸消耗能量提高了45.80 kJ/(m2·h)。大豆苗期喷施植物生长调节剂(绿兴)促进了能量的吸收和固定,光能利用率提高了0.42%。 Regulating effects of plant growth regulator( Luxing) on energy metabolism in the process of photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration at soybean (Glycing soja)seedling stage were studied. The results indicated that spraying plant growth regulator(Luxing) at soybean seedling stage can obviously improve photosynthesis and respiration of soybean leaves. Gross photosynthesis is 4.96 g/(m2·h) higher than that of ck, net photosynthesis is 1.60 g/(m2·h) higher, and transpiration is 18.50 g/(m2·h) lower. In the area of energy changing, gross energy absorption is 18.30 kJ/(m2·h) higher than of ck, the fixed energy in the process of gross photosynthesis is 63.14 kJ/(m2·h) higher than of ck, the dissipating energy of transpiration decreases by 44.84 kJ/(m2·h) , and the fixed energy of dark respiration increases by 45.80 kJ/(m2·h) . In general, spraying plant growth regulator(Luxing)at soybean seedling stage can increase energy absorption, fixing, and efficiency of light energy utilization by 0.42% .
