摘要
选取野生龙牙楤木当年形成越冬枝条并以休眠芽刚刚萌发茎尖为组织培养材料进行快速繁殖试验。结果表明:用MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+BA 1.5 mg/L+GA30.2 mg/L诱导培养不定芽及继代培养;用1/2MS+BA0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L进行生根培养;用珍珠岩+落叶松腐殖土(1∶1)炼苗。通过组织培养可快速繁殖大量组培苗木,使龙牙楤木野生资源得到有效保护和科学利用。
Resting buds of wild plants Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem. in Changbai Mountain were used as materials for culturing tissues. After many experiments, the results show that MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + BA 1.5 mg/L+ GA30.2 mg/L is the most effective in the first culture, and 1/2MS + BA 0.1 mg/L + IBA 0.5 mg/L is the best in the rooting culture. Plantlets from test tubes grew better on the growth medium perlite + larch humus (1:1) than on other components in acclimatization stage. By tissue culture, Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem. plantlets can be propagated in large quantity and at a high speed, which guarantees the effective protection and scientific utilization of wild Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem.
