摘要
对规范化栽培的吉林人参外观质量、人参皂苷含量、人参浸出物含量、水分含量、灰分含量、农药残留量、有害元素、色谱鉴别和卫生检验等质量评价指标与方法进行了研究。结果表明:人参的质量与人参的性状、化学成分及农药残留等均有关,人参的质量评价应增加HPLC指纹图谱和总浸出物含量。
Indices and the method of evaluating Jilin ginseng cultured in a standardized way were studied . Specifically tested items are as follows: appearance, content of ginsenosides, content of ginsenoside extract, sanitary inspection, moisture content, ash content, pesticide content and harmful elements. The results show that ginseng quality has much to do with its characters, its compositions and pesticide residues . Fingerprint chart and the content of total extracts should be added to quality evaluation of ginseng.
