摘要
采用RAPD技术探讨了2个荔枝新种质(荔13号和A4)与原产海南的2个品种(大丁香和南岛无核荔)之间的亲缘关系。结果表明,荔13号与大丁香、A4与南岛无核荔的亲缘关系较近,但它们之间没有同种异名关系。
The relationships between two new litchi germplasms and two culti vars('Dadingxiang' and 'Nandao Seedless')native to Hainan Province were stud ied by RAPD and cluster analysis.The results showed that the relationship of 'Li 13' was close to 'Dadingxiang',and 'A4' was close to 'Nandao Seedless'.However,they are all different from each other.A den drogram of the four accessions was obtained.
