摘要
以西洋参(Panax quinquefolium L.)芽胞为外植体,筛选其脱分化最佳基质及影响因素。结果表明:优 化基质为MS+2,4-D 2 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L,温度(23±1)℃,pH 6.0,黑暗利于西洋参芽胞脱分化。
The optimum medium for Panax quinquefolium L.dedifferentiation and its influence factors from the buds of Panax quinquefolium L .in calli culture were studied. The results showed that the optimum medium was MS + 2,4-D 2 mg/L + BA 0.5 mg/L. The optimum temperature for dedifferentiation was ( 23±1)℃ , and the favorable initial pH value of medium was 6.0. Darkness did good to dedifferentiation .
