摘要
通过单因子试验,确定黑木耳水溶性多糖的提取工艺,并通过正交试验进一步优化提取工艺,即子实 体粉碎,黑木耳子实体干粉与水之比为1∶50,在90℃水浴中(3次)抽提3.5 h,提取液用70%乙醇醇析,在此工 艺条件下,多糖得率为5.48%,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量为60.30%。
It presents colloidal state when you soak dry fruitbody of Auriculair auricuia in water. One of the chief compositions of this colloid is polysaccharide. It forms very viscous solution as these polysaccha-rides melt with water. It is difficult to extract these polysaccharides from the fruitbodies of Auriculair auricuia . This paper confirms the extraction techniques of water-soluble polysaccharides by single factorial test. These techniques are further optimized by orthogonal test, that is, crushing fruitbodies. The ratio of dry fruitbody of orthogonal test to water is 1 :50. When extracted for 3 .5 hours (three times) , in a 90℃ shower, and with 70% ethanol as leaching liquor, polysaccharide has an extraction rate of 5.48% . Content of polysaccharide reaches 60.30 % testing by phenic acid and sulphuric acid.
