摘要
以黄河水资源可再生性和可持续性发展理论为指导,分析了黄河流域多维临界调控措施、方案;基于协同学原理和耗散结构理论,应用系统科学的方法,建立了黄河流域多维临界调控仿真模型;通过对黄河水资源分配进行大量模拟研究,实现了黄河流域水资源优化配置,以期实现黄河水资源的可持续发展。
Taking the theory of reclaimable and sustainable development of water resources of the Yellow River, the paper ana-
lyzes measures and plans for multi - dimensional critical regulation and control of the Yellow River basin. It has estab-
lished theory of multi - dimensional critical regulation and control of water resources of the Yellow River basin based on
coordinated principle and theory of dissipation structure. It has established a simulation model of multi - dimensional
critical regulation and control of the Yellow River basin by applying systematic and scientific methods. It has realized op-
timization distribution of water resources of the Yellow River basin through a large number of simulation studies on the al-
location of water resources of the river in the hope of realizing sustainable development of water resources of the Yellow
River.
