摘要
采用二次回归旋转设计对桉树DH33 9和E3两个无性系进行组培试验 ,研究其继代培养芽的叶片增大与培养基中细胞分裂素BA、生长素NAA浓度的关系。结果表明 ,在试验浓度范围内 (BA为 0 .0 3~0 .17mg/L ,NAA为 0 .16~ 0 .4 4mg/L) ,激素的浓度变化对平均有效叶数影响显著 ,但对不同无性系的影响效果不同。
Quadratic regression revolving design was used in studying the relationship between the concentration of hormone BA and NAA in the tissue culture medium and the effect of enlarging the laminae of Eucalyptus. The results shows that BA and NAA acted significantly within certain scope. However, the effect was different according to clones. Upon the tested concentration (BA: 0.03~0.17 mg/L, NAA: 0.16~0.44 mg/L), the mean amount of effictive laminae in Clone DH33-9 increased with the increase of the concentration of BA, with no significant effect by NAA. To Clone E3, there was a minimum value of the mean amount of effective laminae when the concentration of NAA was 0.3395 mg/L, and the mean amount of effective laminae increased with the change of the concentration of NAA whatever it was above or below 0.3395 mg/L, with no significant effect by BA. These results offered a valuable direction for the following study on subculture for effective laminae of Eucalyptus.
