本文从系统分析的观点出发,运用系统工程的理论和方法对寒山流域进行了探讨,建立了以草业为基础进行优化开发综合治理数学模型。通过初步实践,符合山区的基本特点,并获得可观的经济效益和生态效益。

The paper has explored for Hanshan watershed from the point of systematic analysys, through ulitizing theories and methods of systematic engineering, has bulit up and rationalized and exploited a mathematical model of comprehensive control on the grass base. Through initial practics it suits the basic characteristics on hill region, and has gained considerable economical and ecological benifits.
