丰镇县农业剩余劳动力转移问题的探讨

农业的大量劳动力滞留在耕地上找不到出路,是广大农民贫穷落后的根源之一。本文在对乌盟丰镇县的农业劳动力深入调查的基础上,计算了丰镇县农业劳动力的剩余量,并找出了当地出现大量剩余劳动力的原因和制约农业剩余劳动力转移的因素,在此基础上提出了适合当地情况的转移途径和采取的相应措施。

For a loag time, one of the reasons for the farmers' poor and lagging behind was that a large number of agricultural labours stay in the land no way to go, This paper, through investigations, calculated the number of agricultural surplus labours of Fengzhen town of Wulanchabu league. Futher the causes of appearance of a Large number of agricuItural surplus labours and the factors of restricting the mobiiity of agricultural surplus labours were proposed, possible ways and the proper steps of the mobility of the agricultural surplus labours were suggested.
