摘要  针对国产3号喷气燃料银片腐蚀问题,通过酸、碱、水、汞洗及硝酸银实验,卤素、氮、硫质量分数分析和腐蚀银片表面化学分析,找出造成喷气燃料银片腐蚀不合格的原因。结果表明,喷气燃料银片腐蚀不是由水溶性酸、碱或有机酸造成的,也不是由酸性含硫化合物造成的,其腐蚀属于硫化腐蚀,而腐蚀性物质主要是存在于喷气燃料中的微量元素硫,其中也不排除其它未明的腐蚀性硫化物。硫醇单独存在时不会引起银片腐蚀,当其与元素硫共存时,能加重元素硫对银片的腐蚀。 The cause of silver strip corrosion in the number 3 jet fuel was studied, through sour, the alkali, water, mercury scrubbing and silver nitrate experimental analysis. The content of halogen, nitrogen and sulfur was analyzed and the reasons leading to the unqualified the corrosion were found out. The results show that silver-strip corrosion in jet fuel is not caused by the water-solubility sour, alkali or the organic acid, nor by the acid sulfide. But it is of the sulfide corrosion, instead. And the corrosive material is mainly the trace element sulfur that has in the jet fuel, among which other unknown corrosive sulfide cannot be excluded. Mercaptan alone cannot cause silver corrosion. But it can aggravate sulfur corroding to silver slice when they coexisting.
