摘要  阐述了以苯三唑、甲醛、脂肪胺为原料的Mannich反应制备苯三唑脂肪胺衍生物的方法、性能评定及结果表征。合成反应是以水为溶剂在80~100℃下进行,具有反应条件温和、方法简便、产率高的特点。合成添加剂的分子结构经过了元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振等分析鉴定。通过四球试验和铜片腐蚀等试验分别考察了其对润滑油的抗磨减磨性能、抗腐性能、油溶性能和热稳定性能的影响,经测试,制得的产品具有优良的油溶性、减磨性、热稳定性、防锈性和抗磨性。尤其是选择了牛脂胺代替十八胺作为原料,降低了生产成本,并且各项指标均达到了油性剂要求。合成的添加剂是一种多用途、性能优良的润滑油添加剂。 In this work, benzotriazole derivatives were produced from the reaction of benzotriazole with formaldehyde and primary aliphatic amine, and performance evaluation and formula structure illustrated. The reaction was carried out at the temperature between 80~100 ℃ and in the presence of water solution, which had the feature of mild reaction condition, simple method, and high yielding rate. The molecular structures of the produce was identified by the elemental analysis and some spectra analysis(such as IR,HHMR,MS). Four ball machine and copper strip corrosive test etc. were performed to study the anti-wear and anti-corrosion and solubility in lubricating oil base and heat stability properties of this additive in base oil. The results show that the additive can improve solubility in lubricating oil base,and possessed good frictional characteristics, heat stability, the anti-wear and anti- corrosion performance. Particularly using a mixture of stearamine and catylamine to replace stearamine as raw material that lowered the production cost, and various index signs attain a request of oil additive. So the oiliness agent is a kind of multipurpose and good performance lube oil additive.
