摘要
对经继代培养后的新生仓鼠肾细胞(BHK)进行热冲击应答实验后,用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胺电泳技术分辨出热激蛋白,并测定了热激蛋白的分子量。本文还讨论了不同提取溶液,对热激蛋白SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳行为的影响。
After conducting a heat stimulating experiment for Kideny cell of new born hamster (BHK) cultivated for many generations, by means of SDS acrylamide gel electrophoresis, the auther distingushed the heat stimulating protein and determined its molecular weight The auther also discussed the influence of different extracting solution on behavior of SDS acrylamide gel electrophoresis of heat stimulating protein.
