摘要
对花生仁(生、熟)和花生红衣(生、熟)分别进行了铜、铁、锌、锰、钾、钠、钙、镁等8种元素的测定。从中发现花生红衣的5种元素高于花生仁,这样对进一步分析研究花生红衣的营养价值提供了依据。
Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、K、Na、Ca and Mg in peanut seeds (raw and toasted)and in peanut seedcoats (raw and toasted) were determined.It was foundthat the contents of 5 elements in peanut seedcoats were higher than thosepeanut seeds.The results may provide some basic information to study thenutrient value of peanut seedcoats further.
