摘要
目的 研究乙状窦前入路中增加手术间隙的处理方法。方法 通过对头颅标本的手术操作提出对入路中硬脑膜切口的改进方法,特别是乙状窦前置的处理措施。结果 增加平行于横窦的小脑幕切口,对于乙状窦前置的标本可以达到良好的手术暴露。结论 改进现有的硬脑膜切开方法可以改善经岩骨入路的暴露,特别适于处理乙状窦前置的病例。
