电子-声子的非线性相互作用哈密顿量

Nonlinear Interaction Hamiltonian of Electron-Phonon System

本文用固体量子场论方法,推导出计及非线性相互作用的电子-声子相互作用系统的哈密顿量的普遍表达式,并给出三种类型极化子哈密顿量的具体表达式.结果表明:纵声子和横声子均对非线性效应有影响.

With the method of quantum field theory of solids the general forms of Hamiltonians including nonlin- ear interaction between electrons and phonons are obtained and the Hamiltonians for three kinds of polarons are deduced.It is shown that both longitudinal phonons and transverse phonons have effects to the quadratic electron-phonon interactions.
