摘要
膜片弹簧离合器具有许多优点,因此在国外汽车中已广泛应用并逐渐取代了传统的螺旋弹簧离合器。我国引进的DST型膜片弹簧离合器又属较新型的,本文介绍其结构与装配特点,分析其结构与性能方面的优点,并对80年代以来其结构的改进途径进行了探讨。
Owing to a lot of merits, diaphragm spring clutches are widely used already in automobiles abroad instead of conventional coil spring ones. Described are construction and assembling features about recently introduced diaphragm spring turnover (DST) clutch. Major benefits in costruction and performance of the design are analyzed and approaches to improvements in its construction since 1980's discussed.
