摘要
以竞争性电力市场的环境为研究背景,在各发电企业独立报价的基础上,根据发电企业所拥有的信息是否完全,建立了完全信息及不完全信息静态博弈模型·结合最优化理论给出了发电企业最优报价策略所应满足的条件,以及求解最优报价策略的方法·通过分析,认为:现阶段辽宁电力市场适合于完全信息静态博弈模型;电力市场的交易规则极为重要;固定成本的分摊无助于报价策略的制订·
Develops two static game models for an electricity company with one in accordance to complete information and the other to incomplete information, supposing the companies are making bids without cooperation on competitive market. Proposes the conditions in combination with optimization theory which should be satisfied for the optimal bidding strategy of the company, with a solution given to the strategy. Comes to the conclusions through a discussion that at present only the static game model with complete information is applicable to the electricity market of Liaoning, the trade rules are significant to market and to apportion the fixed cost is not helpful to the formulation of a bidding strategy.
