摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的燃煤流化床热风炉的结构和工作原理,探讨了该炉的燃烧和传热特性。试验表明:采用流化床燃烧技术,通过燃煤直接加热空气,可减少能量转换环节,提高能源利用率;该炉体结构紧凑,可提供不同温度范围的热空气以满足干燥、烘干的需要。
Construction and working principle of a new design are introduced, combustion and heat transfer performance in the furnace approached.Experiments show that with fluidized bed combustion technique to directly heat air by burning coal can reduce frequency of energy transfer and thus raise energy utilization rate. Furnace body of compact construction may provide hot air in various temperature ranges to meet the needs of drying. industrial furnace , fluidized bed , combustion and heat transfer performances.
