摘要
我国现代远程教育正进入一个以大众化、规范化、国际化为内涵特征的新发展期,这个发展期对电大教学资源建设提出了更新更高的期待与要求。实行变革是资源建设回应形势需求的惟一选择。这场变革将在观念、策略、操作形态三个基本层面上展开。本文就此分别进行了对策性的分析研究,并提示了可资实践、参照或思索的建设性方案、意见和思路。
Modern distance education in China is stepping in a new phase featured in popularity,standard-ization and internationalization.It brings about the newer and higher expectation and requirement for RTVU teaching resources.Innovation is the only choice to meet this trend,which happens in the aspects of ideas, strategy and operative model.The article analyses and presents practical,imitative and constructive design and suggestions.
