摘要
ACCS(亚洲高校信息化调查)是一个国际性合作研究项目,其主要目的是通过问卷调查的方式,了解亚洲地区各国高校信息化建设、发展的最新动态和信息,相互交流和借鉴各国在高等教育信息化建设方面的经验,共同促进亚洲地区各国高校信息化的顺利发展。ACCS于2002年实施了第一次调查,获得了各国高校信息化发展的最新数据和资料。本文以该项目的调查数据为基础,重点介绍中国、美国及香港地区高校信息化的发展概况。
ACCS is an international cooperative research project.By means of questionnaire its main purposes are:master the latest development and information of Asian campus computing construction;exchange and share the successful experience in this field;promote the smooth development of Asian campus computing. The first questionnaire was made by ACCS in 2002 and the latest data and relating material were gained. Based on the data the article briefly introduces the campus computing development in China mainland,the U.S.A,and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
