Match Relation Between Fuel Injection System and Diesel in Speed Characteristics

本文以495Q柴油机为例,论述了通过喷油系统与柴油机在速度特性上的合理匹配,降低柴油机低速烟度和燃油消耗率的方法和措施。指出喷油系统与柴油机匹配存在着两种匹配关系,即数量匹配和质量匹配,在匹配过程中,不仅要注重质量匹配,还要进行数量匹配的研究,并注重两者之间的相互关系,以全面提高柴油机的性能指标。

Taking Diesel 495Q as an example, methods and measures to reduce low-speed smoke intensity and fuel comsumption of diesels by rational match of both mentioned are stated.There are two kinds of match relations, quantitative and qualitative. In order to improve overall performances of diesel, great attention should be paid to both matches and their interrelation.
