摘要
文章从校风的研究历史、界定方法、结构研究、相关研究领域等几个方面全面地回顾了国内外对 校风定量的研究,并讨论了在我国开展校风定量研究需要注意的几个问题。
The author globally reviews the researches about school climate, including historical research , conceptual and operational definitions, construction, and the related researching fields. At last, the author discusses the problems that must be paid more attention to if the research on school climate is to be developed in China.
