电大“新跨越”

New Leap of Radio and TV University

■采访手记: 走进中央广播电视大学党委书记、副校长于云秀的办公室,陈设简单的布置中最吸引人的是墙面上一幅大大的挂图,北起黑龙江,南到海南,西抵新疆,乍一看以为就是个普通地图,仔细看在每一省份上都分别设有不同的标记,于校长说:“这就是我们电大庞大的系统分布图”。“明天我们设在拉萨的中央电大西藏学院与北京的中央电大双向视频就要开通啦,到时北京和拉萨真的就连起来了!”看着于校长兴奋的神情。

Radio and TV University is always called flattop of distance education because of its large education network which cover all country of China's Mainland. There are 44 state, 840 regional, 1900 workstation and 1800 education spot except Central Radio and TV University. Up to 2001, accumulated graduates are 3.06 billion, which is 12.3% of all higher education graduates. Non-degree education like career training served 35 million people and agriculture skill training served millions of farmers. Ms Yunxiu Yu, thinks the character of Radio and TV University which specialty in modern higher distance education, are open on education, modern on technique and popularization on practitioner.
