The concepts of building fire engineering and risk management are described more detail.It will be beneficial to the whole process control of fire when risk management on fire engineering is carried out in the building program.Risk identification in the building fire engineering is analyzed,the role and methods of risk evaluation are simply introduced.Besides,the technical measures for risk avoidance,risk control,risk maintain and risk transfer are also proposed.
