农村城市化转变消防面临的问题及其对策

对农村城市化转变带来的消防问题进行了客观、系统分析 ,规划滞后、失控及建筑无序促成的“城中村”、“公路城市”、“围合建设”、“多合一使用”是制约消防安全的主因。提出了“建市前远景总体展望规划 ,建市中近期区域发展规划 ,建市后局部实施规划”等解决农村城市化消防问题的新思路。

Analyzed the problems that emerged with the citification of the countryside.It pointed out that the main factors that restrict the fire safety are:village inside the city,road city,multi functional buildings caused by uncontrolled planning as well as disordered construction.The countermeasures to the fire problems of the citification were given in the article:overall forseeing planning before the city construction,regional development planning during the city construction and local planning after the city construction.
