头孢菌素类抗生素目前已发展到第四代,有数十种产品应用于临床。本文从抗菌活性、稳定性、药代动力学、兽医临床应用、耐药性及毒性等方面对头孢菌素类抗生素进行了综述。

Up to the present, the forth generation cephalosporin antibiotics have been developed, and tens of products are being used in the clinic. This article summarized the antimicrobial activity, stability, pharmacokinetic, application, resistance and toxicity of cephalosporins.
