摘要
用不同强度的电场处理不同品种的油葵(HelianthusannuusL.)种子,用PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫,发现电场处理能提高油葵种子在干旱胁迫下的发芽率,发芽指数,活力指数;萌发期油葵种子的脂肪酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著地高于对照;降低了处理组膜脂过氧化产物——丙二醛(MDA)的积累;而且不同电场强度对不同的油葵品种影响程度不同,总体上认为W6和W8两种处理效果较好。电场处理组的代谢酶和保护酶活性的提高可能是静电场促进干旱条件下种子萌发的原因之一。
Under the droughtstress condition simulated by PEG6000, electric field with different intensity has been used to treat the seed of different oil sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) varieties. The results show that, under water stress, the electric treatments can increase the seed germination percentage, germination index and vigor index, promote the activity of lipase, superoxide dismutate (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) during the stage of seed germination, and delay the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA). Different intensities of electric field have different effects on oil sunflower varieties. The enhancement of the activity of metabolic enzyme and protecting enzyme of electric treatments may be one of the factors that promote seed germination under droghtstress.\;
