杀虫真菌——弗氏新接霉蚜霉菌研究进展

Advance in the study on entomogenous fungi —— Neozygites fresenii (Nowakowski)

系统地总结了杀虫真菌——弗氏新接霉蚜霉菌Neozygitesfresenii(Nowakowski)的地理分布、生物学特性、流行与分布、预测预报、安全性,与杀菌剂、杀虫剂和其他微生物的相互作用等生态学特点以及生产时间等方面的研究。提出今后应在田间筛选范围、毒力测定和评价标准、分子作用机理、杀虫活性物质的测定以及安全性评价等领域做进一步的研究。

The general situations and advances of scientific research on Neozygites fresenii (entomogenous fungi) both at home and abroad, especially on the distribution, the biological properties, the conditions and characteristics of its epizootic in field, and the interactions between this fungus and insecticides, fungicides and other microbes are reviewed. Further studies should pay more attention to the selection and breeding of highly virulent and efficient strains ,the entomopathogenic mechanism on molecular level,the determination to the active materials of insecticide, the estimation of its safety in the fields and so on.\;
