摘要
本文在研究已有接头模型的基础上 ,引入了相应简化假设 ,推导出了盾构法隧道管片平面型接头力学模型 ,利用该模型不仅能够得到表征接头抗弯性能的M θ曲线、接头转角及张开量等 ,而且还能确定接头面处接触受压区的受力状态 ,这使得能够从接头受力张开以及接头面混凝土接触受压两个方面更加可靠和全面地判断接头是否处于安全状态。此外 ,文中还建立三维有限元模型对接头进行了弹性分析 ,通过对所推导模型与三维有限元模型分析结果的对比分析 ,发现两者之间吻合较好 ;这表明在弹性阶段 ,文中提出的模型能较好反映纵缝接头的受力状态。
Based on the existed joint model, a simplified hypothesis was introduced and a mechanical model for planar joint of segments for shield tunnel was deducted. Using this model, the M θcurve, rotation angle of joint and opening scale representing the flexural property of joint can be obtained and the loading state of contacting compressive area at joint surface can be determined as well. So the safety of joint can be judged reliably from two aspects. In addition, a 3D model has been set up to carry out elastic analysis of the joint. A comparison of results from the deducted model and 3D FEM shows that they are coincident. It illustrates that at the elastic stage this model can reflect the loading state of the joint.
