摘要
21世纪世界上最具影响的事件之一是中国的城市化 ,建设“花园城市”是中国城市化发展的趋势。本文通过对“花园城市”内涵的分析 ,按照可持续发展的原则 ,提出利用地下空间实现土地的多重利用、缓解城市交通拥挤、改善城市环境质量 ,以解决城市发展的“瓶颈”
Urbanization in China is an important event in the world of 21 century. To build a garden city is a trend of urbanization in China. Through analysis of connotation of the Garden city, following the principle of sustainable development, utilization of underground space was suggested for multiple land use, relax of urban traffic jam, improving the urban environment to solve the key problems in urban development.
