摘要 研究了基础日粮中添加不同水平的锌对泌乳牛血液指标的影响。结果表明 :日粮中添加 30 0 ,5 0 0 ,80 0mg/kgZn(日粮DM)对奶牛血红蛋白、红细胞比容、血清γ -球蛋白、碱性磷酸酶活性、各类白细胞百分率无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但高锌日粮可极显著提高血清锌水平 (P <0 .0 1)。 The study determined the effects of different levels of Zn on blood physiological and biochemical parameters of the milking cows.The results indicated that adding 300,500,800 mg/kg Zn to control diet have no obvious influence on the content of hemoglobin,the packed cell volume,γ-globin of scrum,the alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activiwof the blood serum γ -globin of serum,classing and taking count of leucotyte (P>0.05).But the Zn concentration of serum of high Zn groups could be apparently improved (P<0.01)
