摘要
以H2 SO4,HCl,HNO3 及NaOH为激活剂 ,研究其对低活力苜蓿种子萌发及初期生长产生的影响。结果表明 :不同酸碱处理及其时间不同 ,效果差异明显 ,但各处理在不同程度上均对苜蓿种子萌发和初期生长有促进作用 ;尤其是短时间HNO3 处理 ,对激发苜蓿种子活力效果最佳。
Now study on seed vigor is one of the hot spots in the field of seed science.Using H_2SO_4,HCl,HNO_3 and NaOH as activators,their effects on gemination and initial growth of alfalfa seed with low vigor were studied.The results showed that the effects with different acid-base treatment and different time were different clearly.But each treatment promoted seed germinationmd initial growth in varying degrees.Especially HNO_3 treatment with short time had better effect on stimdating aefaefa seed vigor.The objectives of the current research were to raise activity of alfalfa seed with low vigor through acid-base treatment,and to look for the best method according with productive practice.It should have especidly important significance.
