摘要
本文对旋流泵内部流场和性能进行了理论和实验研究。用五孔球形探针测定了泵内流体速度分布和静压分布,试验分析了几何参数对泵特性的影响,并给出参数优化设计程序包。提出叶轮外径D_2,涡室径向尺寸R_v及涡室喉部面积F_(thr)为旋流泵设计三要素。在大量试验基础上,总结出实用的旋流泵设计方法,并运用这个设计方法开发了六种规格产品,性能均达到规定指标。
Fluid field and performances of turbulence pump are studied in both
theory and experiment. Fluid velocity and pressure distributions in pump chamber are measured with five-hole ball probe, influence of geometric parameters on pump characteristics tested and analyzed. Put forward are three elements for design of turbulence pump: impeller diameter D2 , swirl chamber radial dimension Rv and throat area Fthr. By a lot of tests, practical approach for design of turbulence pump is summed up , and products of 6 specifications designed thereby with performances coming up to specified indexes.
