生化法处理油田外排污水试验研究

摘要 油田进入开发后期 ,由于注采不平衡 ,部分油田污水需要外排 ,这类污水主要污染物是石油烃类 ;国家对油田外排污水的排放标准是含油量低于 1Omg/L ,COD(化学需氧量 )值低于 15 0mg/L。针对孤岛油田外排污水烃类物质含量、聚合物含量高 ,其它化学物质成份复杂等特点 ,利用微生物可降解原油的特性 ,采用生化法成功地处理外排污水。介绍了试验流程的设计原理、过程和结果。 At the late stage of oilfield development,because of the imbalance between injection and production,it is necessary to discharge outward some sewage,whose main pollutants are oil hydrocarbons.The national standard for outward-discharged oilfield sewage is that oil content should be less than l0mg/L and COD should be lower than 150mg/L.Considering the fact that the sewage of the Gudao Oilfield is high in hydrocarbon and polymer content and complicated in other chemical elements,and using the property that microbes can degrade crude oil,the outward-discharged sewage can be successfully disposed biochemically.An introduction is made of the designing principle,process and result of the experiment.
