Microcomputer—Controlled Copying of Roll’s Arc Groove of Thread and Endless Groove

本文介绍了挖掘机、卷扬机缠绕钢丝绳的卷筒圆弧形螺旋槽、环槽的一种新的加式方法的原理及仿形轮的设计。这种加工方法采用微型机控制技术和液压仿形技术相结合对普通车床进行改造,实现自动加工。文中所介绍内容可应用于类似零件的加工。

This paper shows the working principle of a new method for turning the roll's arc groove of thread and endless groove,which are used for twining steel cable in an excavator or hoister.The design of copying wheel is also given.This method demands the use of microcomputer con— trol and hydraulic copying technique,and the reformation of engine lathe. The method introduced here can also be applied to the turning of similar parts of other machines.
