岩土工程勘察施工业是建筑业的分支部分 ,其市场总量直接受建设工程投资规模的控制和影响。我国西部地区目前正处在西部大开发的基础设施建设高峰期 ,本地岩土工程勘察施工企业赢得了前所未有的发展机遇。但这种特定阶段的增长空间及其持续性是有限的。云南“三大目标、四大战略”的经济发展框架、基本上示意了云南各行业工程建设投资不均衡的时序特点。本文重点通过研究岩土工程勘察施工市场总量的增长空间及其持续性 ,指出了云南岩土工程勘察施工企业将面临的严峻挑战 ,进而提出岩工程勘察施工企业的发展战略思路。

Rock prospecting engineering industry is a branch of architecture industry, and its total amount of market are directly controlled and influenced by investment scale of construction project. At present, China's western region is in the boom period of infrastructure development, local rock prospecting engineering industry got unprecedented opportunity. However, growth room and durative are limited. “three goals and four strategies”, the economic development framework of Yunnan province ultimately implies the characteristics of unbalanced investment of construction project in all trades and professions of Yunnan province. Then, it points out severe challenge facing rock prospecting engineering industry in Yunnan province, and it provides relevant development strategies.
