摘要
本文利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了中药九节菖蒲中所含十八种微量元素及其含量,并利用氨基酸分析仪对它所含的十七种氨基酸进行了鉴定和含量测定。
18 trace elements in anemone altaica,Fisch ex C.A.May,a Chinese medicinal herb,are identified and their contents are determined by inductive coupling plasma emission spectrometry.17 aminoacids separated or hydro- lyzed from the herb are identified qualitatively and determined quanti- tatively by using an aminoacid analyzer.
