摘要
随着世界范围内健康与环保意识的提高,在国际贸易中"绿色壁垒"的作用日益突出,并成为我国出口贸易的"瓶颈"。通过对绿色壁垒的现状和影响的分析,提出了我国出口企业在世贸组织框架下应对绿色壁垒的措施。
With enhancement on the consciousness of healthy and environmental protection, the function of 'green barrier'is also enforced. This article will discuss the green barrier's actuality and its effect to apply the countermeasures of breaking through the 'green barrier'in the framework of WTO.
