现代物流是一门新兴产业,被西方学者称为"第三利润源泉",是国民经济高效运作的一个重要支撑点。黑龙江省具有发展现代物流业的广阔市场空间,但对现代物流的市场需求不足,物流基础设施和装备水平相对落后,目前尚无一家真正的现代物流企业。黑龙江省要加快现代化进程,现代物流业必须急起直追。重视现代物流领域的研究和创新工作,加快物流人才的培养,制定和完善物流产业发展规划,培育物流产业,扶植物流执行主体,加快物流硬件建设是现实的选择。

modern logistics is a new industry, called 'third profit fountain' by western scholars, also is a important support for effectively operating national economy. Heilongjiang province, which obsess the vast market space for developing modern logistics industry ,takes shortage of the need for modern logistics market, and the quality of its infrastructure and equipment also falls behind. Until now, there has not been a red modern logistics industry. If Heilongjiang province wants to improve its modernized process, its modern logistics industry must be rapidly developed. It is the practical choice that emphasing on the study and innovation of modern logistics fields, bringing up rapidly the professional stuff for logistics, planning and consummating the development project of logistics industry, cultivating logistics industry, forming gradually the executing, main part of logistics industry, and expediting the construction of logistics industry hardware.
