摘要 CEO的设立,不但是经济管理层面的问题,同时也是重要的法律问题。《中华人民共和国公司法》中没有规定CEO,而目前有些本土公司却设置了CEO。CEO在本土公司的出现,使人们开始关注其法律地位。本文论述了CEO的产生背景,着重分析了CEO与公司经理、董事长的区别,并就目前本土公司设置CEO的相关法律问题进行了探讨。 It is not only a question of economics and management, but also the important legal problem to set up CEO. CEO isn't stipulated in Company Law of the People's Republic of China, but some companies of China set up CEO at present. CEO appearance in the companies of China makes people begin to pay close attention to its legal status. This article expounds the background of CEO emergence, emphatically analyzes the difference not only between CEO and manager but also between CEO and chairman of board, furthermore, analyzes the relevant legal questions of setting up CEO in the companies of China.
