预缩合树脂RF-90替代间苯二酚的试验研究

Experimental study on replacement of resorcinol by precondensed RF-90 resin

对预缩合间苯二酚给予体RF 90树脂在间 甲、间 甲 白和间 甲 白 钴粘合体系中替代间苯二酚进行了对比试验。结果表明,在3个体系中用RF 90树脂替代间苯二酚可以延长胶料焦烧时间,明显改善胶料的耐老化性能,提高老化前后胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合力,但同时降低了胶料的硫化速度。

A comparative test was made by using precondensed resorcinol donor RF90 resin instead of resorcinol in the resorcinolformaldehyde,resorcinolformaldehydesilica,and resorcinolformaldehydesilicacobalt salt adhesion systems respectively.The results showed that the scorch time extended,the aging properties improved significantly,the adhesion strength between rubber and steel cord increased,and the vulcanization delayed by using RF90 resin instead of resorcinol resin in 3 adhesion systems.
