摘要
对预缩合间苯二酚给予体RF 90树脂在间 甲、间 甲 白和间 甲 白 钴粘合体系中替代间苯二酚进行了对比试验。结果表明,在3个体系中用RF 90树脂替代间苯二酚可以延长胶料焦烧时间,明显改善胶料的耐老化性能,提高老化前后胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合力,但同时降低了胶料的硫化速度。
A comparative test was made by using precondensed resorcinol donor RF90 resin instead of resorcinol in the resorcinolformaldehyde,resorcinolformaldehydesilica,and resorcinolformaldehydesilicacobalt salt adhesion systems respectively.The results showed that the scorch time extended,the aging properties improved significantly,the adhesion strength between rubber and steel cord increased,and the vulcanization delayed by using RF90 resin instead of resorcinol resin in 3 adhesion systems.
