寒冷季节室外发酵料工艺探讨

Study on the Technology of Fermented Culture Materials Outdoors in Cold Seasons

在寒冷季节对培养料进行室外堆积发酵 ,采用不同覆盖物和翻堆时间的处理 ,观察培养料的发酵时间和发酵程度 ,得出结果为堆料第 3天翻堆和覆盖草帘发酵质量好 。

This experiment was carried out to accumulate and ferment outdoors in cold seasons.We observed the fermenting time and the temperature of fermentation of culture materials with different coverings and turning-over time.The results showed there were better good quality of fermentation when turning over the materials at the third day and covering with straw curtain,and fermentation needed less time.
