静脉移植治疗足趾再造拇手指术后顽固性动脉痉挛

Treatment of die-card arteriospasm in toe transplantation to recon struct thumb and finger with vein graft

目的介绍静脉移植在足趾移植再造拇手指后发生顽固性动脉痉挛中的应用效果。方法对6例7趾和皮瓣移植术中、术后动脉顽固性痉挛,经其它方法处理仍不缓解者,切除痉挛段动脉应用静脉移植恢复血供。结果6例7个足趾移植后全部成活,仅皮瓣的远端坏死。结论该方法是处理足趾移植术后顽固性动脉痉挛的一种可行方法。

Objective To introduce the effect of treating die-card arterio spasm in toe transplantation with vein graft.Methods During the transplantation or after it in6cases of 7toes combined1flap,we cut away the spasmodic artery and transplated vein to treat die -card arteriospasm,that had no remittence through others.Results All transplanted6cases(7toes)survived.Conclusion It is an effective method in treating die-card arteriospasm of transplanted toe.
