摘要
The appropriate liquid fermentation medium and submerged culture conditions of Agaricus blazei were studied in this paper The results showed that the optimal composition of the medium was as follows: glucose3%, wheat powder 1%, pennut cake 1 5%, (NH 4) 2SO 40 3%, KH 2PO 40 2%, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0 1% and Vb 1 10mg/L and the shaking rate,initial pH, inoculation rate were 25℃,140～150mL/500mL, 190r/min, pH5～6 and 10%～15% resp And the biomass of Agaricus blazei in this culture medium was as high as 1 945g/100mL after 4d of secondary shaking.
