由于受我国汽车产业政策的限制,我国汽车合资企业中的外方始终没有控股我国汽车企业。随着目前利用外资限制措施的禁止,汽车合资企业中的控股权问题将成为主要矛盾凸现出来。外资最终会突破政策障碍,控股我国一些汽车企业。

Limited by the policy for China auto industry, foreign partner has never had the majority shares in the auto JV enterprises. Bit with banning on the restriction measures in using foreign capital, the problem of majority shares in the auto joint venture will become the major obstacles. The foreign capital will finally break through the policy obstacles and has the majority shares in some auto enterprises.
