盐类水溶液对型砂性能稳定作用的初步研究

Effect of Salts Solution on Properties of Sand Mixture

根据盐类水溶液稳定型砂水分的作用,初步探讨了盐类水溶液浓度的变化对型砂湿压强度和热湿拉强度的影响,提出了用盐类水溶液混制的型砂,其湿压强度和热湿拉强度与用水混制的型砂相近,且可以保存型砂的水分,进而稳定型砂的性能,提高铸件表面质量。

The effect of varied salts solution densities on wet tensile strength and green compression strength of sand mixture are preliminarily studied. It is pointed out that sand mixture prepared from salts solution are similar to that from water in wet tensile strength and green compression strength. Experiments show that use of salts solution will give proper sand moisture contents, thus securing its properties and improving the surface quality of castings.
